For a Netflix thriller movie, this one should definitely be on your watchlist. Both sides of the field seemed to be inherently flawed. I found the whole movie unsettling never knowing who to barrack for. The town itself is beautiful and at odds with the story and the players within it. This gives the setting an extra bit of claustrophobia as things simply go from bad to worse. The characters in Calibre contain few people. With a nice sharp runtime of 101 minutes, there is just enough time to know what you need to know, feel it, and then it’s over.

The film was released worldwide on 29 June 2018 by Netflix.
